Classify the dataset into 5 different AQI categories, and then use Classification models to forecast the pollution category for next month. Analyze the most prominent pollutant, using Back Propagation, responsible for air pollution and suggest methods to control it. Interpersonal Film- Meet the Fockers free essay sample

I chose Meet the Fockers for my paper dealing with Interpersonal Communication. Each character in this movie has their own distinct style of communication which ranges from complete openness to as secretive as you can get and even nonverbal that lead a great two hours of communication disaster but is still very relatable to. Although I chose a comedy I felt that this was a great story and displayed everything we have been studying. This film displays many different styles of communication between the characters and how they choose to interact with each other ultimately impacts their relationships.The story is second in the comedic series of Greg Focker and his soon to be wife Pam Byrnes. Greg is from a Jewish family where his father had chosen to give up a successful law career to be a stay at home dad, and his mother is a sex therapist for the elderly who is very open and comfortable with discussing the topic of sex with everyone. Pam comes from a Catholic and much more tradition family with a stay at home mother and a father who has recently retired from the CIA, but with a cover story of being a florist. Jack Byrnes is the perfect example of an uptight, hard to impress, â€Å"my way or the highway† upper middle-class man. Pam’s father Jack has already run Greg through the ringer trying to impress him and now it’s time for the family’s to meet before the wedding. Greg want his parents Roz and Bernie to basically tone down their eccentric ways to satisfy Jack’s very uptight standards which they go along with for a while but eventually find much too difficult and just don’t understand the point of having to do so. The story becomes more complicated when Jack’s secretive CIA ways of non-communication and cover-ups are added in because he believes Greg has a 15 year old son with the family maid that he is trying to hide.Also Pam has told Greg she is pregnant and doesn’t want her father to find out about. The story has a variety of interpersonal relationships between Greg, Pam, Jack and his wife Dina, LJ â€Å"little Jack† their grandson by another daughter, and Roz and Bernie. By the end everyone’s truth come out and all the deception, cover-up s and lying are revealed. When communication is opened up and truth is finally told the characters not only understand each other better but they improve their relationships. Meet the Fockers is a wonderful example of how difficult is to communicate with honesty of who you really are as a person and what your morals and eliefs are. In our society today we seem to be more focused on giving others an impression of who we think they want us to be and not on whom we want ourselves to be. This movie is a great definition of this in that the main character spends all his time and focus on trying to keep his future father-in-law happy at the expense of letting himself and his family be who thy truly are. It also speaks to the lack of open and honest lines of communication between family members. The main character, Greg Focker, has a career as a male nurse and loves his job but felt that it was not good enough to win the approval of his girlfriend Pam’s father.In the first film he told many lies and omitted information about his family to Jack that will come back to haunt him, such as the fact that his father’s law career has been over since he wa s a child and he was the one at home taking care of his son and the ever famous milking of his nonexistent sisters cats nipples. Very ironically Jack has what he calls a â€Å"circle of trust† with his family, which now includes Greg, but neither of the men seems to follow their own rule of abiding to this. When Greg’s parents Roz and Bernie Focker tell the story of how Greg lost his virginity at age fifteen to their housekeeper Isabel Villalobos, who has a son about the age that might make him Greg’s and looks almost identical to him, Jack goes on a secret mission to find out the truth. He believes Jorge is his son and Greg has been lying to Pam and the Byrnes so instead of exhibiting open honest communication by asking he uses his CIA contacts to secretly do a DNA test to prove he is right and out his lie.He goes as far as to invite Jorge to Pam and Greg’s engagement party where he gets hair samples from both as DNA samples and drugs him with â€Å"truth serum† in an attempt to elicit honesty. This of course backfires on him and instead of getting what he was after Greg announces that he thinks Dina is hot and, of by the way, Pam is pregnant. Later we find out that Jorge knows who his father is, he is a baseball player, and if Jack had just asked he could h ave found this out without all the secrecy. Also Pam’s pregnancy comes as a shock to Jack but a bigger surprise is that everyone else already knew and chose to hide it from him.This is where some nonverbal communication has taken place. Roz figured out the secret because Pam had been turning down alcohol, not playing a game of family football and the â€Å"pregnancy glow†. She had been observant to the silent but very obviousness of how someone can communicate without saying a word, which can commonly be overlooked in communication by ones distractions, focus on other thoughts as well as. Another great example of how nonverbal communication can be used is given as relationship advice by sex therapist Roz to Dina.She notices how uptight Jack is and that their relationship lacks the intimacy of her and Bernie’s so she has a talk with Dina about how to dress sexy, kiss him on the ear and generally get his attention through actions and not words. Of course when she tries these tips Jack is so enveloped in his own thoughts he doesn’t notice that his wife is trying to get his attention and be romantic with him. While the Byrnes’ seem to be a much more stereotypical American family in that of n ot being able to openly communicate their feelings, desires and questions with each other the Fockers are the complete opposite.Roz has no trouble saying whatever is on her mind and talking openly about it. We see the best example of this in the scene where the women are out shopping with Pam and she asks Dina about her sex life with Jack and if she is being satisfied. While women are much more emotionally open with each other than men in our culture this still throws Dina off but the women ultimately discuss the issue openly. This scene is a very relatable one for me as a woman and I felt it displayed a great example of self-disclosure.Roz is a bit too open about sex but she is effective at getting Dina to open up about it. When you can make another person, especially one you don’t know well, to feel comfortable enough to tell you intimate details about themselves I feel that is a good validation of your character and creates a solid foundation in a relationship. Another clear distinction of cultural norms is when Bernie shows off the â€Å"wall of Gaylord’s (Greg) accomplishments† to everyone. He is so loving and proud of his son that he has saved every useless p iece of memorabilia and even a tenth place award. Greg is embarrassed by his father’s open display of love and Jack laughs at how he could possibly be proud of getting an award that has no real meaning, not being a first place or even second for that matter. We also see stereotyping of cultural norms with LJ’s baby learning cards. Jack has been teaching his grandson words and meanings with flash cards that have a picture and corresponding word on the other side. When the nurse card is shown it is a female nurse picture and Jack laughs because Greg is a male nurse which to him is not a cultural norm.Even though our society is changing and people are becoming more open minded we still revert to how we believe things â€Å"should be†. Men are still uncomfortable taking jobs they feel are traditionally meant for women and taking on â€Å"female roles†, like being stay at home dads. Men who earn less than their wives tend to feel emasculated and even my fiancee has said that he would like to be a stay at home dad if I made more money than he did, but he would be embarrassed by what others would say or think about this. I feel that I have a tendency to be a bit like Greg Fockers character in that I omit certain bits of information I feel would be looked on unfavorably by others. I don’t find myself doing this as much to impress others but to not explain myself, actions, beliefs or shortcomings to them. For example, I have previously attended college but did not graduate and ended up working as a bartender for years before finally deciding to complete my degree. I feel looked down on by some and sort of embarrassed of myself for choosing to not finish and take a job in the service industry.I have found over the years that many people look at service workers with a lack of respect, as uneducated and unable to acquire a higher position in life. I try not to be bothered by how others see me and only worry about how I see myself but on occasion it doesn’t feel good to my self-worth or self-concept to be looked down on. And it is hard to be proud of yourself when you feel like you’ve given up and taken the easy way out. So I have spent countless years avoiding questions about having a degree or graduating college.This has limited me in conversations with people as I avoid topics and disclosing much personal information about myself and my past. I mean who really wants to admit to strangers that they were lazy and spent too much time socializing to take their education seriously enough to accomplish being a seemingly higher stature in life. We are a society of judgmental people, with ourselves as well as others, and no matter how much we might not agree with the rightness of this it still affects us emotionally.I would not have gone to the extreme lengths Greg and Jack go to avoid being judged or to find out information about someone. I feel that being honest in a situation, such as knowing if a child is theirs or the real career of my parents, is not worth going through the effort that they do. I love this film not only because of how funny it is but because it is relatable on a personal level. We can all related to being embarrassed by parents, telling lies to impress others and hiding secrets from family members. I actually chose this movie when I did a Google search for films that display good examples of communication.I would highly recommend it to others for the comedic aspect and that it really does show many examples of communication. Meet the Fockers uses verbal as well as nonverbal elements for characters to interact with each other and does so with success. I found it not only entertaining but informative and much more relatable than I had figured it would be to the course work. I found that I could see aspects of my own interactions similar and vastly different than those of the characters and very easily pulling perfect examples to the questions asked.

The Mockingbird is a symbol for innocence as it does not harm anyone. This is exposed in the novel when Scout is about to shoot the Mockingbird and Atticus halts him. It is also a symbol for security and happiness. In the novel, when the mockingbird is singing everything is okay and everyone is happy. When it is not singing it is significant. The atmosphere is tense. Two examples of this from the novel are the rabid dog in the street (Part 1) and the court case (Part 2) In the novel some of the characters are like mockingbirds. Tom Robinson was one of these characters as he was an innocent figure, he didn't harm anyone and he didn't hurt Mayella. Tom Robinson also brings in the theme of prejudice as he is black and he is treated differently to everyone else. Another character that is like a mockingbird was Boo Radley, he was also innocent, he didn't harm anyone and he saved Scout & Jem near the end of the novel. Boo Radley also had to be protected like a Mockingbird (because he didn't harm anyone). The entire title in the novel means 'To Destroy Innocence'. At the end of the novel Scout realises that Tom Robinson is a 'Mockingbird' and she says it'd be sort of like killing a mockingbird.

The Leadership Theories Of Machiavelli Machiavelli, born on the 3rd day of May 1469, acquired his university education in the University of Florence. He wrote a famous book entitled the Prince. This book is famous for its break down on the issue of attributes of leadership and as such has become a guideline for leaders. He wrote the book based on his earlier experiences, addressing how a prince (leader) should rule. Although the book gained a lot of popularity, his views on the attributes of good leadership had a lot of flaws. In The Prince he advocates mean rule instead of liberalism. He talks of the benefits of being a dictator or exercising the autocratic style of leadership. There are a lot of leaders who have and are following the Machiavellian style of leadership as he had described in The Prince. To determine how good Iago really is at plotting and whether it is really his own influence or just lucky circumstances that cause events I will examine his asides, soliloquies and interaction with key characters because they give an extra insight into his character.    In the first scene we are thrown right into the action with the argument between Iago and Roderigo. This first argument shows us how Iago is cunning and sly because he has already manipulated a weak Roderigo into paying him for something he hasn't even done yet. Roderigo who is obviously weak and simple has asked Iago to help him woo Desdemona in exchange for money, he thinks Iago has not done this because Desdemona is now at this moment marrying the moor. Yet Iago manages to convince Roderigo of his sheer hatred for Othello and swindle him out of his money. As he later exerts in his soliloquy at the end of Act I.3   ' thus do I ever make my fool my purse' this shows his attitude to Roderigo he is just money for Iago a pawn in his plan. This attitude shows how to a certain extent Iago primes the character he will use later in his plan showing a consistent strategy, he knows he can use Roderigo in the future so keeps him on his side instead of being rude and sharp with h im. You can see that Iago finds Roderigo tedious but keeps him a friend for his money and possible use in the future.    As he goes on to speak he shows his jealousy and frustration, which ... ... still no closer to finding out. Similarly with Iago there is no doubt that he is intelligent and quick-witted and his bitterness and jealousy fuels his plans but to an extent the circumstances played as big a role as the character. Mr. Collins is a prime example of how Lady Catherine expects people who are below her social status to act around her. He is eager to please and show off, as discussed earlier; he is proud of his dealings with Lady Catherine. He may be eager to please many above his social status, but conveys hate upon those whom he is even related to. Mrs. Bennet is torn between revulsion for him (not because of his character, but because the house is entailed to him) and liking him as a potential husband for one of her daughters, so that the house will be entailed to them if Mr. Bennet dies. ‘My cousin, Mr. Collins, who, when I am dead, may turn you all out of this house as soon as he pleases. ‘ Mr. Collins also has the desire to do things ‘properly,’ the fortunate chance of him meeting Lady Catherine when life in Hunsford became vacant, resulted in a good house. He also obtained a sufficient income due to being a clergyman traditionally, as he is the second son of the family. With his good house and income he chooses to seek a wife from one of the Bennet daughters as it would prevent the family from being thrown out of the house once Mr. Bennet passes away. This displeases Austen as Mr. Collins is choosing to marry for business rather than love and soon concludes this business by proposing to Elizabeth. Elizabeth’s refusal of marriage is because she simply didn’t love him. ‘You could not make me happy, and I am convinced that I am the last women in the world who would make you so. ‘ (p90) Austen presents her thoughts of marriage through her main character Elizabeth. This forces Mr. Collins to look elsewhere and when Charlotte Lucas accepts his proposal of marriage, Elizabeth is shocked because of Charlotte’s reasons for accepting him. ‘I am not romantic you know. I never was. I ask only a comfortable home; and considering Mr. Collins character, connections, and situation in life, I am convinced that my chance of happiness with him is as fair, as most people can boast on entering the marriage state. ‘ Austen disapproves of Charlottes actions as Charlotte is marrying for money rather than love, which Austen is against. The Bingley sisters are the most prominent of the characters. Caroline, although bright, is proud and prejudiced in her reactions to the Bennets, particularly Jane and Elizabeth. ‘†¦.. Her jealousy and dislike of one sister much exceeded her affection for the other. ‘ They are introduced in the novel when Mr. Bingley arrives in Netherfield. They are very proud and consider themselves to be people to aspire to, but are highly sarcastic and condescending towards Elizabeth. ‘I shall never forget her appearance this morning. She really looked almost wild. ‘ (P. 28) From this quote, we can see that characters such as these do not expect to be at all associated with characters such as Elizabeth and because of this, Austen condemns them using sharp wit and satire. Miss Bingley soon observes and suspects enough tension between Elizabeth and Darcy to become jealous and feels that Elizabeth isn’t fit for Darcy because of her parents and the fact that she has no connections. On the other hand, Darcy thinks nothing of Miss Bingley’s comments and calls Elizabeth ‘the most handsome girl. ‘ An opinion that has changed since the first ball. This quote shows that there is no reason for Darcy to be fond of Elizabeth other than love. In the first few chapters Miss Bingley is assumed to be Jane’s friend but as Jane and Mr. Bingley become more infatuated and Miss Bingley realizes Mr. Bingley’s intentions, she becomes rude to Jane by keeping her away from Mr. Bingley and compelling him to go to London. Miss Bingley’s expectation that Darcy will find her flirting irresistible shows how shallow she is compared to Elizabeth, whose calm, demeanor amid the sniping at Pemberley sets her apart from the other women. ‘Pray, Miss Eliza, are not the-shire militia removed from Meryton? They must be great loss to your family. ‘ Mrs. Bennet is almost certainly the most earsplitting character of them all with the fact that she is honest enough to give her thoughts and opinions about anyone that displeases her. She is by no means a model for her daughters and throughout the novel, Mrs. Bennet herself is a social embarrassment, shallow and snobbish. She clutches at her lost youth through indulging Lydia and Kitty and is concerned more with marrying her daughters into money, than because they are in love. ‘Of having another daughter married to Mr. Collins, she thought with equal certainty, and with considerable, though not equal pleasure. ‘ This quote shows how Mrs. Bennet ranks Elizabeth as her least favorite child due to Elizabeth’s refusal of Mr. Collins marriage proposal. The Irish Supreme Court and High Court are empowered to review all legislation and may strike down laws if they are inconsistent with the Irish constitution (McCutcheon et al 2008, p. 649) All laws passed by the legislature must comply with the provisions of the Constitution. Specifically, the Constitution provides that the Oireachtas must not enact any law which is repugnant to the Constitution or any provisions thereof (Article15.4.1-2) 4.1 The Oireachtas shall not enact any law which is in any respect repugnant to this Constitution or any provision thereof. 4.2 Every law enacted by the Oireachtas which is in any respect repugnant to this Constitution or to any provision thereof, shall, but to the extent only of such repugnancy, be invalid This means legislation ranks lower than the Constitution. Any law that does not comply with the Constitution is invalid. The Constitution regulates the relationship between the organs of government and the citizens and those living in Ireland. (Article 6) The Constitution also guarantees certain fundamental rights and freedoms such as equality before the law, personal liberty, property rights, and freedom of religion and the importance of the family. However, the poem begins with several oddities that hint to the fact that this poem expresses more than it’s literal words. For example, the poem follows the iambic tetrameter form with each stanza closing in an iambic trimeter line. The form of the poem as well as the speaker’s neutral attitude toward the events that take place create a philosophical and detached tone that suggest that the objects and events within the poem should not be interpreted according to their denotations. Also, the rhetoric of the first line illustrates that the words in that line do not simply describe the beach. The speaker uses long vowel sounds to create the long stretch of beach that the lovers inhabit: â€Å"On the long shore, lit by the moon† (1). The syntax conforms to traditional rules so that the speaker can explicitly narrate the action happening between the two lovers: â€Å"Two lovers suddenly embraced / So that their shadows were as one† (3-4). The lovers share an intimate moment that expresses their love for one another. The goose fish, the central symbol of the poem, introduces himself to the pair of lovers. Descriptive words such as â€Å"fragile† and â€Å"violence† transform the lovers’ dream world into a place of horror because an unwelcome visitor joins them. In the last two stanzas of this poem, the goose fish becomes transformed into three different roles as the lovers attempt to decipher the fish’s true meaning. At first they believe that his â€Å"wide and moony grin† transforms the fish into a comedian (28). The use of the word moony to describe the fish fully joins the symbols of the moon and the fish together. This merge represents the unity of the cosmos and that although the lovers appear to exist only in their own dream world, they still find themselves stuck in reality. The couple quickly determines that the fish does not serve as a symbol of humor, but as an emblem of their love. â€Å"But took it for an emblem of / Their sudden, new and guilty love† (33-34). Through the use of short words, the speaker infuses energy into the lovers’ new interpretation of the goose fish to convey passion and lust behind the lovers’ relationship. Finally, the couple decides to look to the fish as their patriarch and friend. When conveying this final conclusion, the speaker expresses the naivete of the lovers and their desperate attempts to extract blessings from the goose fish. However, the lovers overlook the fact that the fish has died. This use of irony shows how the appearance of the fish symbolizes a personal connection to the lovers while in reality, the dead fish cannot fulfill this role. Burns (1978, p. 20) defined transformational leadership as a process in which leaders and followers raise one another to higher levels of morality and motivation. The transformation is not diverse from the follower it is centered upon to a capability to develop/encourage the wants/desires of a follower. Accountability as per the needs of the follower is the concern of the leader as per Burns. In the case of transformational leaders they are had the advantage of a influencing position so that conflict can be manged and performance can be improved with a direction towards set a decision making team to manage conflict and therefore, to improve the performance to make a decision in team(Amason,Thompson,Hochwarter Harrison,1995).For example,a team leader can create an environment of disagreement to generate constructive and cognitive conflict(Schwent Kotlya,Karakowsky/Leader Behaviors and Team Conflict 39 Cosier 1993).The team members are informed about the structured conflict methodology and at the same time motivating them to engage in dialectical interaction.The motivation of making a good decision will lead the team members to likely clarify the objectives and find out and evaluate new alternatives.(e.g..Abelson Levi,1985)In this process it is more important to give more focus on person than the problem and help the team members to minimize the cognitive conflict so tha t it cannot further worsen into dysfunctional,affective conflict(Janssen ,Van De Vliert, Veenstra,1999) There is only a small number of researchers who has confined their studies to establish a relationship between leadership and information technology and less focus on knowledge management and transformational leadership.However , Klenke(1994),it is the combined actions of leadership and information technology that helps in formation of new organization. Emperical study aimed at examining the influence of transformational leadership (TL) on organizational innovation(OI) and performance(OP) depending on level of organisational learning. First- A close relationship between TL ,OP and OI has been detected Second-The relationships as shown in the first finding are prominent in a high learning organisation than a low learning organisation In practice Organisational learning is practiced in a group of people with an interaction on technology where the knowledge is evolved and widen up for a cognitive and behavioural change in a constant interaction between tacit and explicit form.Organisations with a high learning structure enable with a network making it easier to learn, innovate and propel to a competitive position as centre of technology. It can be understand that organisational learning improve relationship to a great extent between TL,OI and OP.However innovation is considered to be vital for a company to survive and grow(Hurley and Hult,1998).There has been different definition of innovation- According to product development and management association(PDMA,2004)-Innovation is synonymous with a new idea,it may be a new idea or device.Innovation is an act tries to create a product which is new or wants to bring new product which includes invention and ensures the work necessary to bring finally a new idea or concept. Although firm innovation is emphasized to improve performance of organization(OP) ,a number of firms donot and fails to develop in proper way.Researchers wants to concentrate on what has enable a firm to enable,it is the beyond semiautomatic response processes.(Zollo and Winter,2002,p-341) leadership style has the highest level of influence on the firm to innovate by bringing a new idea into the technological area ,setting up of goals which is definite and encouraging an initiative for subordinates with innovation (Kanter,1983,Senge et al,1994) In the transformational leadership (TL) it encourages OI and OP gets advantages from it and defines a leadership which increases the consciousness to achieve the collective interests among the members to achieve it. Transformational leaders have charisma,inspiration and intellectual stimulation (Bass1999,Conger1999 and Avolio 2000) Charisma-is the quality which encourages its workers,the leaders and technological organisations to bring a situation of pride,faith and respect. Inspiration- motivates the followers to a large extent through communications of high technological expectations. Intellectual stimulation- is a behaviour that is associated with the promotion of employees,intelligence,knowledge and learning for a innovative problem solving and solutions. The fundamental role of CEOs is to indulge in playing an important role in informing and moulding these variables(TL,OI and OP) by determining the types of behaviour that is upto the expectation and supported(Baer and Frese,2003) Four factors of transformational leadership (Four Is) can be discussed as below- Individualized consideration The first I in the transformational leadership is concerned with providing an umbrella of guidance in the part of leaders with an indivisualised consideration.The leader treats his followers with an individual approach,making explicit about his concerns,listening to his ideas and tries to know him well.The manager in this context sets standard as exemplary decision maker in the organization and gains respect as role model with idealized influence. Intellectual stimulation Intellectual stimulation(IS) is a kind of motivation where the leaders motivate the followers to build up their own skills by signifying the problems and issues. This is a kind of situation like a parents pursue their child but in managers in most of the organisations prefer an approach where they are directed to do a job rather than made them accountable to it. The key indicators of this style can be drawn as- To rethink an assumption which is already preoccupied Ability to recognise the pattern which is hard to imagine This is an kind of entertaining and bring forward some trivial one Visualise an existing pattern by revisiting it However leaders engages himself with the subordinates by providing a series of new ideas and encouraging a new thought of followers by imputing some logic beforehand and problem solving are emphasized. Akshkanesy and Tse(Theoritical article) defined the emotional leadership as- Management of emotion Assert that emotional language and communication Transformational leaders have intuition about the followers needs values leads to greater interpersonal sensitivity and higher quality relationship with followers. George(2000) describes how aspects of emotional intelligence, including the appraisal and expression of emotions facilitate a leaders ability to develop collective goals, communicate the importance of work activities with followers and motivate by generating enthusiasm, confidence and trust. The following hypothesis is presented which is dependent on emotional expressivity and visionary leadership. H1: A wide range of positive results including organisational performance has a positive link with the leaders emotional expressivity(Waldman etal,2001) H2:There is a positive relationship between visionary leadership and follower ratings of leadership effectiveness. Empirically it has direct effects on the attitude of the follower and ratings of leadership effectiveness of a leaders visionary behaviour may be viewed in terms of scale of organisational changes that are felicitated in the organisation. Furthermore visionary leaders who also acquires this skill where expressivity in terms of emotion is practiced will likely to articulate their vision in a strong way with more compulsion and persuasion that result in high magnitude of organisational changes than leaders who does not have such skill H3: A close bond between visionary leadership and organisational change will vary in degree depending on the level of leaders emotional expressivity. The regression analysis done through empirical analysis found that there is a strong relationship between visionary leadership and organisational change in magnitude under conditions of leaders high emotional expressivity. VISIONARY LEADERSHIP Frances Westley and henry Mintzberg formulated the theory of visionary leadershipn on the basis of Miss Follets work.There are three main assumptions of the visionary leadership. First assumption is associated with the dynamic nature of visionary leadership where the drama,action and communication occur at the same time.As the actor does his rehersal when he goes up to the step for the moment ,at that moment of time visionary leader practices the vision. The visionary leader connects the idea and action and at the same time establishes a relationship with his followers.This kind of leader is capable of moulding strategy into vision. The second assumption is about the content as well as context strategic vision.The core of the vision is a strategic content and has a focus on organisations,markets,products or even services.The external influence on vision comes out with the context one.This aspect has been effected by the organisational variation in terms of structure,ownership and size etc. The third and the final assumption stresses on the variety of visions and it can visualise many shape and sizes.Mary Parker Follett emphasises that the leader should have the capability to identify the potential of its followers and with a cohesive bond they should be able to integrate them. The final element is assistance where the audience or the followers should follow up the vision of the leader and take part to shape the vision. All of the analysis has come into a result of group power where the group is not like a team of uniformity but its a convergence of all opposites and Vision become live when it is shared and all the group member pull together to avhieve it and the leader should bring together all the group members to achieve the goal. Vision may be an outstanding achievement with a binding to a people in a society together,It may be an inspiring goal where involvement of people is spontaneous .Vision is deep rooted in cherished core ideology and at the sametime stimulates the progress and change in anything that is not part of the core ideology.There is some core values which is independent of time and enduring core purpose (which should never change) from the operating practices and business strategies(which should be changing constantly in response to a changing world). ARTICULATING A VISION A comprehensive vision consists of two major part Core ideology An envisioned future A good vision build on the interplay between two complementary Yin-and-Yang forces:it defines change(the core ideology) and sets forth What we aspire to become ,to achieve,to create that will require significant change and progress to attain(the envisioned future) THE VISION FRAMEWORK CORE IDEOLOGY Core ideology is authentic and been derived by looking inside not by external environment.The core ideology guides and inspire but doesnot differentiate with others . Core ideology bears and inspires the meaning of the people inside the organisation and people inside the organisations neednot compel by core values and tries to generate long term commitment.It is an intrinsic matter to the organisation. The basic difference between the core ideology and core competency can be derived as -core competence is a strategic concept that captures the organisational capability where you are particularly good at and core ideology is what you stand for and why you exist. ENVISIONED FUTURE It is the second primary component of the vision framework which consists of two parts- A ten to thirty year Big Hairy Audacious Goal A vivid descriptions of what it will be like when the organizations receives BHAG BIG HAIRY AUDACIOUS GOAL(BHAG) It is a term which was first proposed in a 1996 article with a title Building Your Companys Vision by James Collins and Jerry .A BHAG is a particular mechanism to stimulate progress.A true BHAG is distinct and creates immense team spirit by unfying the focal point and reaches out to the people and enhances their courage.It is tangible,energizing and highly focused and it is astimulation above the traditional corporate statement. 1.VISION LEVEL BHAG A vision level BHAG applies to entire organisation and requires 10 to 30 years to complete the cycle.BHAG stands for beyond the capabilities of organisation and current environmental trends,forces and conditions. 2.VIVID DESCRIPTION Vivid description is the second component of envisioned future necessary to achieve BHAG is a vibrant and specific component of the organisation. However there is a certain difference between core ideology and envisioned future. The first one is like a star in the horizon which cannot be reached wheres it guides and inspires and its the fundamental reason of existence. The second one is the specific goal to achieve to achieve a specific time frame.
